Shipping and Returns
We ship orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) after receiving the order. We do our best to promptly notify you if any delays associated with your order.
Free standard shipping on all continental U.S. retail orders over $30.00. (No Free Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. possessions and territories). Appropriate shipping fees will be applied to all other orders. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 to 7 business days to reach some areas of the United States.
We do not ship to unverified addresses. High-value orders (over $150) will require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where a signer will be available to receive the package.

Remember to include a copy of your packing slip (or a piece of paper with your order ID number, name, address, email address, and phone number) and a note with the reason for your return so we know who to credit for the return. Once we have received the package, we will inspect the contents and credit the card used to charge the order.
Alternatively, we can send you a pre-paid UPS return label for your return and we would deduct our company rate for shipping from your refund.
